How do I return an item? Each is inspected for quality of workmanship and correct content before shipping. If your order is incorrect just let us know and we will take care of it at no additional cost to you. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused Hugger and you will be refunded the full merchandise amount less any appropriate shipping charges. |
